1. Do you sell your private collection of snuff bottles?
No, we are selling images of our private collection.
2. What are the sizes of the images?
They vary between 30-40 cm and 80-120 cm.
3. What material is being used to print the images?
Clear Plexiglass and Baryta Fine Art Paper, more details about the material of the images you will find on our website.
4. How do you mount the image on your wall?
All images are delivered with a U-profile mounting system and a J-profile to hang the image on your wall.
5. What are shipping costs outside the Benelux?
This will depend on your location, size and quantity of your order and therefore, we prefer to send you a quotation on request.
6. What is the delivery time after ordering?
It can take 2 – 4 weeks before you receive your order within the Benelux.
7. What is your return policy?
You are entitled to return your article (s) within 14 days. More details about our return policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
8. Do you also deliver outside the Benelux?
Yes, we do. If you need a quotation, please send us an email with your request and we will reply as soon as possible.
9. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After you have completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
10. Can I change my order?
No. Unfortunately, changing a placed order is not possible. If you want to order a different artwork, simply complete a new order.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. To request a cancellation, please contact us by email: info@snuffbottlecollection.com. After your order has been successfully reviewed and cancelled you will receive a confirmation email and your purchase will be refunded.
